Level = $3,159 per month for a single person and $4,250 per month for a couple
Unlike
other Medicaid programs, HBWD allows enrollees to have up to $25,000 in assets
and funds in accounts that cannot be accessed until age 59 ½ are excluded. Depending on their income, enrollees
pay a monthly premium based on their income range to

2011 Social Security Administration COLA Announced
For the second year in a row, there will be NO Cost of Living Adjustment in 2011.
In addition, there will be no changes to the work incentives thresholds such as Substantial Gainful Activity (Non-Blind and Blind); Trial Work Period; or Student Earned Income Exclusion
Social Security Disability Thresholds 2010 / 2011d:
